Texas Dept of Information Resources is Lurking....
I have noticed that a new follower has joined the ranks of the San Antonio officials who spend time on this blog (rather than getting me my evidence of course).
Why are they so concerned about the local corruption in San Antonio?

Attorney General's Office doing their job... San Antonio doing more of the same?
I recently received a letter from the Attorney General's office. It was carbon copied to me and addressed to Charles Weir the Asst. City attorney in San Antonio.
As you can see the Attorney General's office gave Charlie 5 business days to respond to this. At the end of today it will be a full 8 business days since the letter was written with 2-3 days for delivery that would make the deadline today. I called and left a message with the Tamara W. again to make sure she knows I am counting the days myself....
I also finally received a response back from one Dede Keith of the Office of Governor.
Her letter which basically tells me everything I already know and for anyone who has been following this they already know that I have called, emailed and sent complaints/letters to all those 3 city offices she tells me to get in contact with. So naturally I called and left her another message....
As always I tried to contact my favorite Non-Informant one Debbie Hamer. Remember the Court Administrator who was supposed to be keeping me up to date on all these developments, well she continues to avoid me...
So today I made good on a promise that I would be contacting the news outlets in San Antonio about the local corruption. I will be calling them to follow up on the email I sent...

A "how to" guide on Avoiding, Withholding & Hidding. Compliments of San Antonio
Today is August 9th and what did I learn this week in the on going San Antonio Ticket Scam? I learned that City Officials In San Antonio prefer to Avoid, Withhold and Hide rather than do their job. Is this Passive Aggressive Behavior? Yes.
Avoidance - Perfect example below...

Does Debbie Hamer's job description say "do not take important calls regarding an ongoing case that you are directly involved in and have been since the start of the municipal court debaucle"? Or perhaps it says "Avoid calls from concerned citizens because you now have rights that they do not"?
Is this the standard for the Municipal Court of San Antonio?
Withholding Evidence - Another excellent example...

Chief William McManus and his SAPD have not been willing to supply me with the evidence I have asked for. We are now months along in what has now become much bigger than a simple ticket. Simply asking for the documentation and video to defend one's self in the as is our right, is just too much to ask in the City of San Antonio, isn't it?
Still no call back and no evidence in my mailbox.
Hidding Behind Answering Machines - Example compliments of the mayors office...

Mayor Julian Castro still hides behind his assistants and answering service, doesn't he. Is there something to hide, I know he is busy we all are. My time is valuable too. I have tried to reach him multiple times and he doesn't seem to have the common courtesy to call me back, does he?

Have we reached Obstruction of Justice yet?
Today is Friday the 2nd of August the end of the business week and the only person and entity willing to keep me updated and continues to work on my case is Tamara W. From the Texas Attorney Generals Office.

She also called back on Wednesday to verify that she had received my emails and is working on things, what professionalism. If only San Antonio representatives and personnel could take note on how to treat citizens and follow the law. That would be asking too much, as the city attorney's office would rather spend time withholding the evidence, right?

I called the municipal court on Monday trying to get ahold of Debbie Hamer so I left her a message and asked for a call back...

Debbie Hamer would rather take all the correct information from her victim, put on a facade of help and find the quickest way to participate in the scam, wouldn't she?
So I tried the direct line for Mayor Castro and of course it gets me to answering machines. The abyss of no call backs, avoidance and neglect. Is this standard operating procedure for the City of San Antonio?

At what point does this become Obstruction of Justice? The city of San Antonio continues with the passive aggressive behavior. This case has yet to be resolved and all they are doing is avoiding me, withholding my evidence and obstructing my attempt to get some real justice, not "San Antonio Style Justice".
In just this week alone look at all the traffic. The city of San Antonio apparently has all kinds of time to look at my evidence but can't find the time to send me the evidence I lawfully requested, my dash cam video and MDT. You know the one I legally requested for 3 times, 56 business days ago!
Weeks and weeks of checking out the blog and weeks and weeks of withholding evidence. Hopefully the Attorney General visits are going to turn into an investigation that straightens out these violators of the law.
