Today is August 9th and what did I learn this week in the on going San Antonio Ticket Scam? I learned that City Officials In San Antonio prefer to Avoid, Withhold and Hide rather than do their job. Is this Passive Aggressive Behavior? Yes.

Does Debbie Hamer's job description say "do not take important calls regarding an ongoing case that you are directly involved in and have been since the start of the municipal court debaucle"? Or perhaps it says "Avoid calls from concerned citizens because you now have rights that they do not"?
Is this the standard for the Municipal Court of San Antonio?

Chief William McManus and his SAPD have not been willing to supply me with the evidence I have asked for. We are now months along in what has now become much bigger than a simple ticket. Simply asking for the documentation and video to defend one's self in the as is our right, is just too much to ask in the City of San Antonio, isn't it?
Still no call back and no evidence in my mailbox.

Mayor Julian Castro still hides behind his assistants and answering service, doesn't he. Is there something to hide, I know he is busy we all are. My time is valuable too. I have tried to reach him multiple times and he doesn't seem to have the common courtesy to call me back, does he?
