Clerk Fred Garcia Jr. and the Due Process Violation. + John W. Bull is now informed of the situation

Well they are at it again and why is that no surprise to me or anyone else who has ever dealt with the City Officials of San Antonio?

I was gone for a long weekend from Thursday 12th - Monday night the 17th. Upon arriving home I checked my mail and low and behold there was something addressed to a Miller, Nathan Ralph.

Notice the date it was mailed the 11th of Sept.

(Now this is acceptable to open, my last name first is an occasional format for documents. However having ALL THREE NAMES INCORRECT on the ticket and other official documentation is unacceptable.)

Notice the day it was written the 4th of September. It took 7 days to have it mailed and arrived the 12th-17th.  Why does it take so much time to get official documentation from the City of San Antonio?

Is it because they are trying to delay documents that they know are important?

Is it because they want to add as much stress as possible to this by making sure things arrive late and adding even more sense of urgency?

Are malicious prosecution and or due process violations part of Fred Garcia Jr's job as Court Clerk or does he just make special exceptions for out of state residents?

So today the 19th of September I responded to this due process violation with another complaint.

My complaint was of course mailed within a timely fashion the day I wrote is the same day it was mailed. Unlike the tardiness of San Antonio City Officials, right?

Monday morning all 4 recipients will have a copy on their desk. We will see if Presiding Judge John W. Bull is interested in correcting his subordinates errors and rights violations, won't we?

Also I made a few follow up calls and some new leads as well. Including but not limited to...

There will be plenty more to come as this continues to unravel!
