Appeal received & New February followers!

I have yet to receive a contact about what is going on with my case from San Antonio. No calls, No emails, No letters in the past 2 months. Passive aggressiveness anyone, do they think I am just going to go away?

I did receive a letter from the board of Appeals, simply a confirmation… confirmation that nothing is going to get done, right? I am on to these Texas rope around-run around games that they continue to play, aren't I? When will these con artists learn to stop with the due process violations, stop treating me like an idiot who doesn't know what he's talking about and start giving me proper justice?!

Welcome Shiner Texas if you are on here half as much as San Antonio or Hobson maybe you can help translate what true justice is? Or maybe you're simply another minion of the corruption just aiding and abetting any chance you get? Either way enjoy the blog as I am sure you will be back like all the others, won't you?

Appeal filed via email to Board of Appeals on Michael Bernard

Just like dealing with the San Antonio Scum, I jump through the hoops and in return am awarded by more and more corruption. Why should it be any different with the friends of the corrupt? I am not going to be waiting and wondering if I will get justice from any of these agencies, will I? They have all proven their worth and continue to side with the evidence withholders.

Here is the Appeal form and letter I Emailed.

I added a ton of my evidence, letters, complaints and correspondence to the email, didn't I?

They received the email, didn't they?

My guess is in few more days I will get a letter saying the same thing that all these law breakers continue to spew from their gnashing teeth, "we're on the side that steals money from you and gives to corrupt of San Antonio!" 

Is Judge Bull really being investigated by the State Judicial Commission of Conduct?

Or is this another smoke and mirrors attempt by official Texas personnel to make it look like they are doing their job and care about justice?

After the complaints and letters I sent out in December, I received this correspondence from the State Commission on Judicial Conduct.

So I had to inform them that I am on to how this Texas operation works. I sent them this letter with copies of all my complaints, information requests and letters. 1/21/2014

Here are all the other articles of evidence that I included in this packet for them.

Even with all the evidence all over this blog and the evidence I sent them, I am sure they will find a  way to slither out of correcting these injustice, won't they?

Is Michael Bernard being investigated by the State Bar of Texas...

Or is the State Bar of Texas just filled with a panel of lawyers, judges and other friends of the corrupt? 

Am I supposed to believe I will get any kind of justice from friends of Mikey the evidence defiler and his brood of liars and theives? You would be hard pressed to convince me that none of these people on this panel are personal friends of the City Attorney of San Antonio. Why would they throw one of their own under the bus in order to uphold the rights of a citizen not even from their state, they wouldn't would they?

I have yet to receive any justice from any of the corrupt officials of San Antonio, any correct requested evidence and no update via mail, phone or e-mail on my case.

Here is the first response from the State Bar of Texas.

So I jumped through their hoops and filled out the forms and mailed them in.

This time I highlighted the criminal acts of Mikey and his office. 

Of course this was sent certificate of mailing on 1/7/14.





Then on 1/25/14 I received an article of mail from the State Bar of Texas. I was hoping to read how justice prevailed and they have found that Mikey and his office have been withholding my evidence without warrant. But of course justice is a pipe dream in San Antonio, isn't it. This is the garbage they sent me instead…

I will be filing this appeal, won't I? Give them one last chance at correcting the error of their ways but I won't be holding my breath.

This could have all been avoided for them if they would have simply dropped their scam when they realized their officer had made a mistake. Instead they try to cover it up and lie about it, in order to steal money, what a bunch of crooks, huh?
