Is Michael Bernard being investigated by the State Bar of Texas...

Or is the State Bar of Texas just filled with a panel of lawyers, judges and other friends of the corrupt? 

Am I supposed to believe I will get any kind of justice from friends of Mikey the evidence defiler and his brood of liars and theives? You would be hard pressed to convince me that none of these people on this panel are personal friends of the City Attorney of San Antonio. Why would they throw one of their own under the bus in order to uphold the rights of a citizen not even from their state, they wouldn't would they?

I have yet to receive any justice from any of the corrupt officials of San Antonio, any correct requested evidence and no update via mail, phone or e-mail on my case.

Here is the first response from the State Bar of Texas.

So I jumped through their hoops and filled out the forms and mailed them in.

This time I highlighted the criminal acts of Mikey and his office. 

Of course this was sent certificate of mailing on 1/7/14.





Then on 1/25/14 I received an article of mail from the State Bar of Texas. I was hoping to read how justice prevailed and they have found that Mikey and his office have been withholding my evidence without warrant. But of course justice is a pipe dream in San Antonio, isn't it. This is the garbage they sent me instead…

I will be filing this appeal, won't I? Give them one last chance at correcting the error of their ways but I won't be holding my breath.

This could have all been avoided for them if they would have simply dropped their scam when they realized their officer had made a mistake. Instead they try to cover it up and lie about it, in order to steal money, what a bunch of crooks, huh?
