Office of the Governor informed again



Today I filled out the form with the office of the Governor.

Yesterday I contacted the Dept of Tourism office of the Governor, trying to get an update on my complaints that I have filed. Here's the link for the call...

I received a response to my complaint against Sam Adams from the State Bar of Texas Today (7/29/13)
I filled out their form and attached some evidence (because when someone asks for evidence in a case that pertains to them, I am always willing to fulfill that request.)

I did call before I filled out the form and they suggested that I continue with my complaint.

I also tried to contact Sam Adams assistant city attorney to inform him of what I was about to do but he just sends letters with generic phone numbers and doesn't want to talk to me. He prefers to avoid me and withhold his conversation just like he withholds my evidence, Right?

They quickly responded to me and answered my phone call right away, San Antonio could take a lesson from these guys.

Complaint against Sam Adams

The date is July 17th, 2013 and it is now 63 days and counting, (40 of which were business days) since I made my first information request. I had informed the newest City Attorney appointed to my case, Sammy Adams, that I would be filing a complaint (previous post) if I did not receive my DashCam Video and the MDT from the traffic stop on May the 6th 2013. This is a time sensitive issue and the exculpatory evidence needs to be delivered within a reasonable amount of time. That is why I thoughtfully gave Sammy until the 12th of July (last friday) to deliver the evidence him and his office continue to withhold. I waited until monday evening (allowing 2 extra mailing days) for my evidence to arrive, then I held true to my promise of a complaint being filed. Here it is....

All this time to look at my blog and surf the internet but not enough time to send me the evidence I have  lawfully requested. No wonder I had to file another complaint today.

After attempting to get ahold of the chief prosecuting attorney one Jose Nino, via phone and email multiple times, this assistant Sam Adams got my case and is attempting to play the tough guy with me isn't he?

3rd and final request for my evidence, this time citing discovery. Again everything sent certificate of mailing and received by there office in a timely fashion. Where is my evidence I still don't have it. 

Why do they continue to play games and stall?

Jose Nino the Prosecuting Attorney Apparently doesn't take phone calls or emails. I emailed him twice and called multiple times here's the proof he is avoiding me.

3rd attempt and CORRECT number after Charles H. Weir gave me the right number this time only after a complaint contained his name. Sad that it takes this much to get anywhere with city "Officials".

4th attempt to reach Jose Nino and still just get answering machines and no call backs or returned emails. It's amazing how much they can neglect their duties and yet somehow I am the criminal? I'm not the one stealing San Antonio's tax dollars for this kind or service!

Here is more evidence of how this scam is being operated. I receive this letter, finally correctly addressed, on June 14th. Informing me my court date has been rescheduled for the 24th of June...

But instead of sending it right away, after they wrote it up on June 6th there was a clear 5 day delay. Clearly trying to give me less time to file complaints and make it as difficult as possible to get the evidence I have requested.

 But the payment options arrive quickly without delay. Clearly a scam to steal hard earned money from citizens around this country, isn't it?

Complaint filed against Judge Garcia & Charles W. finally gives me a good phone number.

Filed a complaint against Judge Fred Garcia and his office. I included the names of a lot of these crooks  

who have been pulling my chain and pushing me around, didn't I?

Response to my Open records request from the City Attorney Charles Weir.

This is the late reply of the city attorney's office. The city attorney's office requested that my evidence request be denied. Again another ploy to withhold my evidence even after I followed their procedures and they replied late!

I tried to head this off and get ahold of the attorney general head of open records, Amanda Crawford but again she was out of the office.

2nd Open Records Request Made & Debbie Hamer's empty promises (Office of Judge Fred Garcia)

After withholding my evidence that I requested and they replied to late, I made 2nd open records request this time on paper as they claimed they needed. Sent it certificate of mailing and got no where again.

I attempted to stay informed on what was happening via email with Ms. Debbie Hamer but instead all I got was lied to. I never received any call back from her office. All she did was correct the information and then sent it right onto the prosecutors office. She said she would be giving me a call daily to keep me posted, lies. Here are all the email transactions between her and myself.

There is also the email I sent to her on the 30th with all my information and drivers license on it (file is too big for the blog.

1st email I sent May 31st...

Debbie responded the same day...

I wasn't receiving any phone calls or updates from her so I emailed her on June 4th...

I emailed her again on June 13th...

She responded the next day June 14th...

I responded to her on June 14th right away but of course she doesn't need to reply to me or do her job...
