Dear Requestor,
The City received a public information request from you on 5/14/2013. Your request mentioned Citation Records - Citation #: S165014 Case #: none I am the accused/violator in this case. We have ordered the dash cam video and are waiting for it, I have requested the MDT's but a time frame is required before it can be completed. Please provide us with a time frame you are seeking.
If you would like for the City to proceed with your public information request, please respond in writing to the City at the address below within sixty-one (61) days from 5/30/2013. Otherwise, the City will consider your request withdrawn.
