Filed complaint with certificates of mailing and incorrect marked documents from the municipal court

Complaint filed against Officer R. Torres mailed on May 14th.
Along with the complaint I made an open records request.

Official court document being sent to my address with incorrect name and of course it's a federal offense to open it.
Proof that the municipal court and the city attorney's office don't even check their own work.

At one point I attempted to contact this Brylak Law firm, to see if they would be able to just attend my hearing and present all the evidence I had but they didn't even call me back either.
