The reply to my complaint. Of course Sgt. Markgraf was not available when I called back he was allegedly "out of the office". Notice the last sentence of the response, he blames the state of Minnesota for his officers blunders. The state of Minnesota was not there while officer Torres was writing the ticket, were they? Is this common practice for the SAPD, blame out of state agencies for there mistakes and errors?

I attempted to get ahold of Sgt. Markgraf but they pushed the whole thing onto Sgt. Mise instead who was actually civil about the whole thing and really the first some what helpful person I dealt with.

Tried to get ahold of some brass officers of the SAPD and of course it was a dead end. Pushed off to another Sgt. and another Answering machine! Frustrating to say the least
