Clear instructions are a necessity for City of San Antonio, Right?

After receiving an email from Ms. Montenegro from the open records dept. of San Antonio last week and their labeling of my previous letter (see response to John Bull Post) as an open records request, I knew I had to make myself perfectly clear. So here is my clarification notice to the presiding judge in San Antonio.

It seems the dogs of San Antonio have forgotten, misplaced or completely thrown out my discovery request, huh? Where could it be? who has it? It was sent certificate of mailing, wasn't it? This letter now directly informs these evidence withholders that my evidence is being held hostage after being requested lawfully on 3 separate occasions, doesn't it?

Of course I sent everything Certificate of Mailing....

Cease and desist your continual evidence withholding ways San Antonio!

Why would the Attorney General's Office send their unnamed Blow Hard Goon after me?

After Attempting to contact both Tamara Strain and Claire Morris Sloan about their rulings on my open records requests, I ended leaving messages to the two of them on back to back days.

Here are the calls I made to both the ladies I left them messages. Why would they be avoiding me? Tamara has contacted me plenty of times and has never sent out her tough guy with his pissy little attitude before, right? So why start now?

Then later on that afternoon 10/17/13 I have the peace and tranquility of my day disturbed by some arrogant unnamed blow hard call me back, right? Who is this person and why does he have such an attitude?

He claims he was from the Attorney Generals Office but I have a hard time believing that, don't I? A job with the Attorney Generals office requires professionalism and class, right? At least that's what I thought until they proved me wrong by allowing their goon to get ahold of the phone and start making calls, correct?

San Antonio Policy & Procedure on Public Data and Misconduct information request.

Today I made yet another open records request, 2 actually. I made 2 online and then sent paper copies to 6 different people. This sounds a bit excessive doesn't it? Well if you have been paying attention to this blog you know why I must do this extra work. Evidence withholding is standard operating procedure by San Antonio Officials, isn't it?

I did receive some correspondence from the Open records division this week.

Notice in this 2nd one they are responding to my letter to Judge Bull as if it were an open records request. What about the discovery request I sent? He is the Officer of the court, the presiding judge should contact me with my MDT and DASHCAM VIDEO when i have filed a Discovery Request, right? Why does it get classified as an open records request?

What is this supposed to be? City of SA and AGO

Today (monday the 7th of Oct) I received this letter with nothing else but the receipt in it for a certified article of mail.
What are they doing is San Antonio doing, does anyone know anymore down there?

Who is responsible for sending just this receipt?

Was this supposed to be with a previous letter and now the City is attempting to cover up another one of their flagrant administrative errors?

This is all that was in the envelope. What is going on here?

Today I also got a response letter from the Attorney Generals Office to my complaint against Clerk Fred Garcia. 

(Something tells me they didn't read it and just sent me a generic letter, what do you think?)

At least I think it is, notice how generic it is?

Reply Letter to Judge Bull's "Nathan Miller is Guilty" Packet

Presiding Judge Bull's "Nathan Miller is Guilty" packet arrived Thursday morning the 3rd of Oct. The very next day I sent out a response to Judge Bull.

And of course I sent it certificate of mailing, didn't I?

Naturally it is important to keep other offices informed of "Standard" operations going on in San Antonio, isn't it? Otherwise this stuff could strangely disappear, couldn't it?

Judge Bull sent the "Nathan Miller is Guilty" packet didn't he?

I did get a response from one of the offices I sent my complaint to. Judge John Bull sent something in response to me, however some how he forgot or withheld my Dashcam video and MDT, why? Is he apart of the entire ticket scam? Does he prefer to help the brood of vipers in San Antonio rather than follow the law and send the evidence that I have legally requested 3 different times?

Some invalid affidavit was also sent in the packet. Why do I need an affidavit signed by someone who wasn't there? Where is the affidavit with officer Torres' signature? Why would there be any need for a fluff named Pedro Longoria? There is no need for a middle man and they know that, don't they?

Is the Attorney General's Office apart of the Ticket Scam?

I finally received a response from the Attorney Generals office. My contact Tamara Wilcox (now Strain) hasn't contacted me in sometime.

These letters raise a few questions.

Why would the AGO have an interest in protecting the ticket scam artists of San Antonio?

Why would the AGO attempt to also aid and abet the evidence withholders in San Antonio?

Where is the justice?

The dash cam video is classified as private data right now.  Why? It is part of a criminal case. However, whether it is private or public data (It becomes public data after the case is resolved, doesn't it?) it is still my data. I have a right to my data no matter what the classification, don't I?

Does the AGO have something to hide, by throwing open records requesting citizens under the bus in order to protect the city rats that break their own deadlines, rules and laws, one can only wonder why the AGO would stand by and allow this?
























Here is an older call to the Attorney General that explained their first ruling against my open records request. A lot the same, isn't it? Protect the evidence withholders and condemn those of us who jump through their hoops and follow their regulations, not to mention CORRECT their errors, where is the justice in this?
