Senators Uresti and Van De Putte informed again.

I followed up on some dead ends this week. I never got a response from Senator Carlos Uresti and Senator Leticia Van De Putte. They were sent a copy of the original complaint back in May. It was sent Certificate of Mailing of course.

I called both of their offices and asked why I did not get a reply letter.

Alyssa did get her emails from me with some of the information.

They have been informed again, haven't they?

I did receive a call back from a legal aide of some kind from the office of Senator Uresti.

However it is more of the same, standing up for the evidence withholding and thinking he is educating me on how the law works. Maybe down in San Antonio withholding evidence is Standard Operating Procedure but it is definitely not the law, is it?

Robert did call back soon after I had made my initial call to the senators office.
