Judge Bull sent the "Nathan Miller is Guilty" packet didn't he?

I did get a response from one of the offices I sent my complaint to. Judge John Bull sent something in response to me, however some how he forgot or withheld my Dashcam video and MDT, why? Is he apart of the entire ticket scam? Does he prefer to help the brood of vipers in San Antonio rather than follow the law and send the evidence that I have legally requested 3 different times?

Some invalid affidavit was also sent in the packet. Why do I need an affidavit signed by someone who wasn't there? Where is the affidavit with officer Torres' signature? Why would there be any need for a fluff named Pedro Longoria? There is no need for a middle man and they know that, don't they?
