Clear instructions are a necessity for City of San Antonio, Right?

After receiving an email from Ms. Montenegro from the open records dept. of San Antonio last week and their labeling of my previous letter (see response to John Bull Post) as an open records request, I knew I had to make myself perfectly clear. So here is my clarification notice to the presiding judge in San Antonio.

It seems the dogs of San Antonio have forgotten, misplaced or completely thrown out my discovery request, huh? Where could it be? who has it? It was sent certificate of mailing, wasn't it? This letter now directly informs these evidence withholders that my evidence is being held hostage after being requested lawfully on 3 separate occasions, doesn't it?

Of course I sent everything Certificate of Mailing....

Cease and desist your continual evidence withholding ways San Antonio!
