Why would the Attorney General's Office send their unnamed Blow Hard Goon after me?

After Attempting to contact both Tamara Strain and Claire Morris Sloan about their rulings on my open records requests, I ended leaving messages to the two of them on back to back days.

Here are the calls I made to both the ladies I left them messages. Why would they be avoiding me? Tamara has contacted me plenty of times and has never sent out her tough guy with his pissy little attitude before, right? So why start now?

Then later on that afternoon 10/17/13 I have the peace and tranquility of my day disturbed by some arrogant unnamed blow hard call me back, right? Who is this person and why does he have such an attitude?

He claims he was from the Attorney Generals Office but I have a hard time believing that, don't I? A job with the Attorney Generals office requires professionalism and class, right? At least that's what I thought until they proved me wrong by allowing their goon to get ahold of the phone and start making calls, correct?
